Attorney Katherine Flaws has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar for 15 years. A life-long resident of the North Shore and Greater Boston, she attended New England School of Law and Merrimack College on academic scholarships and graduated with honors. She has represented clients in Massachusetts state and federal trial courts and decided to dedicate her practice on estate planning because this dynamic field allows her to solve problems before they arise and to protect the interests of her clients and their loved ones.
Attorney Flaws is a member of the Social Law Library of Boston, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education foundation. She recognizes that estate planning is not a static practice area and new regulations, court decisions and social trends all inform the plans she structures with her clients.
Outside of her legal work, Attorney Flaws serves as a member of the Planning Board of the Town of Lynnfield and has had the honor of coaching youth soccer for 12 seasons and counting.
Attorney Flaws is proud to support the Morgan Family Trust, which raises money to improve the quality of life for individuals living with Huntington’s Disease, the JT Fortin Foundation for Autism and the Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry among other organizations.
